Center for Entrepreneurship Case Study

We have had the opportunity to work with Chico State’s Center for Entrepreneurship in the fall of 2018 and spring of 2019. Their program teaches students that entrepreneurship is not just about starting a business but can lead students to opportunities to land a good job, expand their creative toolbox and help change the world.

What we did:

The Center for Entrepreneurship’s needs included event planning, brand analysis, outreach and web content. To help find the core voice for their social media channels, we created core messaging and tone guides in an effort to aid future social efforts by the center.

Our main goal this semester was to provide a comprehensive brand guide, content for a fundraising campaign and their online presence and create a calendar to effectively roll out the created media. These efforts helped the center find its unique voice, while effectively campaigning for funding through Giving Day. We were able to provide the center with all the assets they would need to execute the event at a later date after the delay of the original Giving Day due to the Camp Fire. Working through an iterative process, our team kept direct communication with the client at all times. This ensured cooperative communication and accurate project completion. We learned a great deal and walked away proud of the work completed.
